At SnuggleWarm, we want you to feel completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
